Yes, there are two very convenient private parking options just a few meters from the clinic. One is Parking Las Terrazas Telpark (open 24/h), and the second option is located in the same building (Edificio María 3), next to Telefónica, with hours from 9:00 to 16:00.

To guarantee the best care and avoid waiting times, we always work by appointment. You can easily request one by calling us or sending a WhatsApp message.

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. This allows us to reorganize our schedule and offer that time to another patient.

We prefer to conduct medical assessments in person at the clinic, as this allows for a more accurate visual diagnosis. However, for general inquiries, you can contact us beforehand by phone or WhatsApp.

Our reception and initial contact by phone or WhatsApp are handled primarily in Spanish and English. However, members of our medical team can provide consultations in other languages (such as Italian or Russian, depending on the professional). If you prefer your consultation in one of these languages, please let us know when requesting your appointment so we can coordinate your visit accordingly.
